Conyers advised Tangency Capital Investment Advisory Services Ltd and its group companies on the launch of two new Bermuda investment funds: Select Top Layer Fund Ltd. and Select Market Opportunities Fund Ltd.
The new funds have been registered as Professional Class B Funds with the Bermuda Monetary Authority, and will invest in Insurance Linked Securities. Tangency Capital Investment Advisory Services Ltd. is registered as an investment adviser with the U.S Securities and Exchange Commission.
