International law firm Conyers is pleased to welcome Anna-Lise Wisdom, as Partner, in the Fund Finance team of its Cayman Islands office. This senior hire is part of the firms’ continued expansion strategy.
Anna-Lise has significant offshore corporate and finance experience, having practiced in the Cayman Islands since 2006, and in the British Virgin Islands for the seven years prior.
Anna-Lise’s broad experience comprises fund finance, acquisition finance, asset finance, capital markets, fund formation and general corporate matters. Anna-Lise regularly acts for major investment banks, financial institutions, and major public and private companies.
