Crystal brings a wealth of experience and expertise in dispute resolution, including cross-border commercial disputes, insolvency and restructuring. She regularly acts for financial institutions, public companies, investment funds, directors and high-net-worth individuals and has been recognised in the 2025 edition of the Private Client Global Elite Directory. Prior to joining Conyers, Crystal practised for 10 years as an offshore disputes lawyer and was formerly a Hong Kong litigator. She is currently a committee member of STEP Hong Kong Branch, and chairs the STEP HK Dispute Resolution Sub-committee. Her substantial experience will complement our widely respected team and reinforce its market-leading position.  Crystal will be based in our Hong Kong office and work alongside Norman Hau, Head of Hong Kong Disputes and Restructuring.
