Conyers acted as British Virgin Islands legal counsel to Delton Technology (Guangzhou) Inc. (“Delton Technology”) in connection with its listing of shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, raising HK$3.31 billion (US$422 million).
Established in 2002, Delton Technology is a leading high-end printed circuit board manufacturer specializing in high-speed, high-frequency products for data centers, AI servers, and 5G communications.
