Conyers acted as Cayman Islands legal counsel to Fosun Tourism Group in connection with its privatisation by way of scheme of arrangement.
Fosun Tourism Group is a leading integrated tourism group focused on leisure, with key activities including (i) Club Med resort operations and related services like transportation, resort construction, and youth play and learning programs; (ii) Atlantis Sanya; (iii) Vacation Asset Management Center; and (iv) Foryou Club and other services.
