Conyers has advised Gold Fields (JSE, NYSE:GFI) in connection with its issuance of US$1 billion of new bonds.

The two new bonds – a US$500 million 5-year bond with a coupon of 5.125% and a US$500 million 10-year bond with a coupon of 6.125% – raised a total of US$1 billion at an average coupon of 5.625%.
