Conyers acted as legal advisers to Infinity Development Holdings Company Limited (“Infinity Development”) on Cayman law and BVI law in relation to the dual listing of Infinity Development on the Catalist Board of the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited (“SGX Catalist”).
In connection with its listing in Singapore, Infinity Development did a placement of 35.1 million new shares at S$0.39 per placement share, which raised total gross proceeds of S$13.689 million. Following the completion of the placement and Infinity Development’s successful listing on SGX Catalist on 3 December 2025, Infinity Development is now dual listed in Singapore and Hong Kong.
Founded in 1987, Infinity Development is a Macau-founded chemical products group engaging in R&D, manufacturing, and distribution of high-quality chemical materials.
