Experience Highlights

  • Stacie was an Associate in the Singapore office of Conyers from 2005 to 2013, during which her practice included corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions and capital markets work, including initial public offerings in Singapore, involving Bermuda, British Virgin Islands and Cayman Islands companies. She subsequently joined Conyers Corporate Services (Singapore) Pte. Limited as a Corporate Manager from 2014 to 2018 and worked with the Conyers legal team and the wider Conyers Corporate Services teams in our other offices for the incorporation of companies in Bermuda, British Virgin Islands and Cayman Islands and the provision of corporate secretarial services to clients in compliance with the relevant regulatory requirements for each of the jurisdictions.
