With effect from 1 April 2026, Eppie Lau will assume the role of the Head of Hong Kong Business Services of Conyers Corporate Services Limited. In this capacity, she will lead a team to provide high-quality professional Hong Kong business services across a broad range of areas, including:
- establishment of business presence in Hong Kong and China;
- company formation in offshore jurisdictions;
- Corporate compliance and company secretarial services for publicly listed and private companies
- Hong Kong funds set‑up;
- tax advisory and planning, CRS reporting;
- accounting, payroll and human resources services;
- visas application;
- trademark registration;
- corporate restructuring; and
- liquidation and deregistration
