Conyers provided British Virgin Islands legal advice to Linkers Industries Limited (“Linkers”) in connection with its listing of 1,900,000 Class A Ordinary Shares on the Nasdaq Capital Market.
Linkers operates through its subsidiary to manufacture and supply wire/cable harnesses from its facilities in Malaysia. With over two decades of industry experience, they specializes in creating assemblies of wires and cables, which are bound together using straps, cable ties, and electrical tapes to transmit signals or electrical power.
