Conyers provided Bermuda legal advice on the privatisation of Mandarin Oriental International Limited by Jardine Strategic Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Jardine Matheson Holdings Limited, by way of a scheme of arrangement under section 99 of the Companies Act 1981 and its subsequent delisting from the London Stock Exchange, the Singapore Exchange and the Bermuda Stock Exchange.
