Conyers provided Bermuda and British Virgin Islands legal advice to Minmetals Land Limited (“Minmetals Land”) in connection with its solicitation of consents from the holders of the US$300 million 4.95% guaranteed bonds due 2026 issued by Expand Lead Limited and guaranteed by Minmetals Land Limited (the “Bonds”) to certain modifications to the Bonds and the trust deed constituting the Bonds and its offer to purchase the outstanding Bonds.
