Conyers provided Bermuda legal advice to Petroliam Nasional Berhad (“Petronas”) in connection with the establishment of a 50:50-owned Joint Venture vehicle with Eni S.p.A. (“Eni”) pursuant to an agreement signed in November 2025.
Eni and Petronas will each contribute its interests in a total of 19 upstream assets located in Malaysia and Indonesia to form the joint venture, named SEARAH. The Joint Venture will manage upstream oil and gas assets in Malaysia and Indonesia.
