Conyers advised t2wards Ltd. (the “Company”), a company incorporated in the Cayman Islands, in connection with a merger of Trident MergerSub, Inc., a Delaware corporation and a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, and 2nd Watch Holding Company, Inc., a Delaware corporation, on the acquisition of ST Telemedia Cloud Pte. Ltd, a company specialising in cloud, data and security advisory practices.
