Conyers advised Yuexiu Property Company Limited (“Yuexiu Property”) in connection with the issue of RMB 2.85 billion 3.30% guaranteed green notes due 2028 (the “Notes”) which will be unconditionally and irrevocably guaranteed by Yuexiu Property. The Notes are listed on Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
The principal activities of Yuexiu Property (HK stock code: 123) consist of development, selling and management of properties, and holding of investment properties.
