Conyers acted as Bermuda legal counsel to Zijin Gold International Company Limited (“Zijin Gold”) in connection with its HK$24.98 billion (US$3.21 billion) successful initial public offering and listing of its ordinary shares on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (HKEX) under Stock Code 2259.
Zijin Gold is one of the global leading gold mining companies principally engaged in exploration, mining, processing, smelting, refining and sale of gold.
