Conyers advised Azerbaijani cargo airline Silk Way West Airlines (SWW) on the delivery of its third brand-new Boeing B777 freighter.
Conyers provided Bermuda law advice in connection with the purchase of the aircraft and on the financing, supported by US Export-Import Bank (EXIM) and worked with the Bermuda Civil Aviation Authority to register the aircraft on the Bermuda Register of Aircraft upon delivery to SWW. Conyers previously acted for SWW on the delivery, financing and registration of its two prior Boeing B777 aircraft.
