Conyers advised Castlelake, L.P. in connection with the accelerated payment relating to the ownership by Bezant Resources PLC (AIM:BZT) of the NLZM processing plant and Hope & Gorob mine site in Namibia held by Tsaoxaub Metals (Proprietary) Limited.
The transaction involved Namibia NZLM Holdings Ltd as purchaser and Bezant Resources PLC as vendor and concerned the ownership of key mining and processing assets in Namibia, including the NLZM processing plant and the Hope & Gorob mine project.
Bezant Resources PLC is a natural resources exploration and development company focused primarily on copper projects in Namibia and Zambia, together with a manganese project in Botswana.
