Conyers is delighted to be a sponsor of ReWiRe 2026, Women In Reinsurance (WiRe) Bermuda’s inaugural flagship conference for women across the re/insurance industry.

Director and Head of Conyers’ Bermuda Insurance & Reinsurance Practice Sophia Greaves, Director and Head of Conyers’ Bermuda Regulatory & Risk Advisory Jennifer Pancaud, Director Alexandra Macdonald, Counsel Sarah Lusher and Senior Associates Katie Martin and Jessica Almeida will be attending the conference on 29 October 2026 at the Hamilton Princess & Beach Club.

ReWiRe will bring together women from across Bermuda’s re/insurance market for a day of industry insight, professional development and networking. Discussions will explore macroeconomic and geopolitical developments affecting risk and capital markets, third-party capital, leadership and career progression, and the changing demands of a modern re/insurance career.

Sophia Greaves, who is also the WiRe Woman of the Year for 2026, will be speaking on the panel titled “From Expert to Executive: Making the Shift from Technical Authority to Organisational Leadership,” alongside Michelle Seymour Smith, Non-Executive Director at Prismic Life and Tsana Nobles, President at Aflac Re Bermuda Ltd. The session is designed for women who are transitioning into senior leadership roles and will explore how they can lead through strategic influence and executive presence.
