Bianca is responsible for providing corporate governance and administration services to a diverse portfolio of Bermuda-registered entities, with a primary focus on insurance, reinsurance, and holding-company structures. Her areas of practice include statutory compliance, board and shareholder meeting support and regulatory submissions.

She works closely with a broad client base, including global insurance groups, investment firms and financial institutions, ensuring that each entity operates in accordance with Bermuda’s legal and regulatory requirements. Bianca routinely advises on board governance and ongoing compliance matters.
