George Nassif is an Associate in the London Corporate practice. George has a broad corporate practice and specialises in the area of investment funds.

George advises hedge and private equity fund managers on the structuring, formation, operation, ongoing legal and regulatory compliance and restructuring of their investment funds and affiliated vehicles. He also advises on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters.

Prior to joining Conyers, George worked as an associate in the funds and investment management team of a leading offshore law firm. He has previous experience as a corporate associate at a top-tier US law firm in London, advising on private equity, mergers and acquisitions and general corporate matters.
