Georgia is an Associate in the Bermuda Dispute Resolution practice, with a particular focus on general commercial litigation and trust disputes.

Having qualified as a solicitor in 2021, Georgia trained with Charles Russell Speechlys in London, where she developed a strong foundation in contentious trusts and estates work. During her time in London, Georgia advised on a range of matters including trust and will disputes, claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975, and disputes involving postnuptial agreements.

Since relocating to Bermuda, Georgia has broadened her practice to encompass a wide variety of commercial litigation matters, while maintaining a particular emphasis on trust disputes. She regularly acts for trustees, beneficiaries, and other stakeholders in complex, high-value trust litigation, drawing on her experience in both English and Bermudian legal systems.

Georgia is due to be admitted to the Bermuda Bar Association next year and remains actively engaged in the trusts and estates community, both locally and internationally.
