Jane Luk is a Legal Manager in the Hong Kong office of Conyers. She joined Conyers in 2026, focusing on Private Client & Trust and regulatory matters.

Jane works with a range of clients including investment funds, family offices and corporates. Her experience includes advising investment firms and financial services clients on the formation, structuring and ongoing compliance of fund vehicles, as well as supporting cross-border private equity transactions and fund management matters. She also advises clients in the technology and digital assets sectors on offshore structuring and regulatory issues. Separately, she has experience advising on IPO-related matters, including the restructuring of vehicles for listings on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, the NYSE and Nasdaq.

Experience

Prior to joining Conyers, Jane has:

Advised on the formation and structuring of offshore funds, including open-ended and closed-ended Cayman exempted limited partnerships and SPC funds, with aggregate sizes exceeding US$100 million.
Represented private equity firms in cross-border investments across technology, biotech, and consumer sectors, including transactions valued at over US$150 million.
Advised on IPO-related matters for leading companies preparing listings on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, NYSE, and Nasdaq, including restructuring of offshore vehicles and compliance reviews.
Assisted in regulatory compliance and fund management for private equity firms with assets under management exceeding US$5 billion, ensuring adherence to cross-border regulatory frameworks.
Advised on cryptocurrency operations and Web3.0 fund establishment, including drafting agreements for data center projects and reviewing documentation for U.S. crypto transactions.
