Yvonne Lee is an Associate in the Hong Kong Corporate practice. She joined Conyers in 2019.
Yvonne maintains a broad practice encompassing all aspects of corporate and commercial law involving Bermuda, British Virgin Islands and Cayman Islands companies, with a particular focus on privatisations, mergers and acquisitions, takeovers and capital market transactions (including listings on major global exchanges such as the NYSE, Nasdaq and HKSE). Her experience also extends to corporate restructuring and financing, as well as a wide range of debt capital market transactions.
