Conyers provided Cayman Islands and British Virgin Islands legal advice to Smoore International Holdings Limited (the “Company”) in connection with its HK$7.12 billion initial public offering of 574,352,000 shares on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong (Stock code: 6969).

The Company is a global leader in offering vaping technology solutions in two business segments: (i) research, design and manufacturing of closed system vaping devices and vaping components for a number of global leading tobacco companies and independent vaping companies and (ii) research, design, manufacturing and sale of self-branded open system vaping devices, or APV, for retail clients. It is also the world’s largest vaping device manufacturer in terms of revenue, accounting for 16.5% of the total market share, in 2019.
