Conyers provided Bermuda legal advice to Haitong International Securities Group Limited (“Haitong International”) on its HK$3.45 billion privatisation by Haitong International Holdings Limited by way of a scheme of arrangement under section 99 of the Companies Act and its subsequent delisting from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

Haitong International is an international financial institution in Hong Kong providing a full spectrum of financial offerings including private wealth management, corporate finance, asset management, global markets and investment businesses.
