Conyers acted as special Bermuda, British Virgin Islands and Cayman Islands counsel to issue legal opinions in relation to certain Bermuda, BVI and Cayman Islands subsidiaries of PT Barito Renewables Energy Tbk in connection with its initial public offering and listing on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.
PT Barito Renewables Energy Tbk, a subsidiary of PT Barito Pacific Tbk, was listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange on 9 October 2023 and raised IPO proceeds of approximately IDR 3.13 trillion.
PT Barito Renewables Energy Tbk engages in the generation and sale of geothermal power in Indonesia.
