Conyers provided Cayman Islands legal advice to 3D Medicines Inc. (“3D Medicines”) in connection with its successful initial public offering on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Limited raising approximately HK$408 million.
3D Medicines is a bio-pharmaceutical company based in the PRC, focusing on research and development of oncology therapies for cancer patients.
