Conyers provided Bermuda law advice to Aircastle Limited (“Aircastle”) in connection with a $100 million senior unsecured revolving credit facility with Mizuho Marubeni Leasing America Corporation, a US-based wholly owned subsidiary of Mizuho Marubeni Leasing Corporation, which completed on 6 December 2021. Proceeds of the facility are to be used for general corporate purposes. Aircastle acquires, leases, and sells commercial jet aircraft to airlines throughout the world.
