Conyers provided Cayman Islands legal advice to Budweiser Brewing Company APAC Limited (the “Company”) in connection with its HK$39 billion (US$5 billion) initial public offering of 1,451,704,000 shares on the Main Board of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (Stock code: 1876). This IPO is the second biggest IPO so far this year, behind Uber Technologies Inc.’s.

The Company is a beer manufacturing company that produces and distributes over 50 beer brands including Corona, Hoegaarden and Stella Artois. It is also the largest beer company in Asia Pacific by retail sales value in 2018.

This matter won the Equity Deal of the Year by IFLR Asia-Pacific awards 2020.
