Conyers acted as Cayman Islands counsel to China Hengshi Foundation Company Limited (the “Company”) in connection with its privatisation by Zhenshi Group (HK) Heshi Composite Materials Co., Limited by way of a scheme of arrangement and its subsequent delisting from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

The Company specialises in research, development, production and marketing of all kinds of fiber weaving products which are widely used in wind turbine blades, space flight and aviation, construction, environmental protection, transportation, energy, sports and leisure and other industries.
