Conyers Advises Dali Foods Group Company Limited on Its Privatisation and Subsequent Delisting from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange

Conyers provided Cayman Islands legal advice to Dali Foods Group Company Limited (“Dali Foods”) on its privatisation by way of a scheme of arrangement and its subsequent delisting from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

Dali Foods is a food and beverage company headquartered in China with a diversified presence across multiple categories and industrial segments, a number of consumer brands, and an extensive and in-depth nationwide channel network.
