Conyers Dill & Pearman provided BVI and Cayman Islands legal advice to Ever Sunshine Lifestyle Services Group Limited (the “Company”) in connection with its HK$676.4 million initial public offering of 380,000,000 Shares on the Main Board of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (Stock code: 1995).
The Company provides property management services in China. It offers services for residential and non-residential properties, such as office buildings, shopping malls, government buildings and schools. It is headquartered in Shanghai, China.
