Conyers provided Bermuda and British Virgin Islands legal advice to Hopson Development Holdings Limited (the “Company”) in connection with its issue of an aggregate principal amount of US$500 million 7.5% senior notes due 2022 guaranteed by certain wholly-owned subsidiaries of the Company.
The Company is a property manager and developer focused on residential, commercial and hospitality properties in major cities in the People’s Republic of China such as Guangzhou, Beijing, Tianjin and Shanghai.
