Conyers provided British Virgin Islands and Cayman Islands legal advice to JY Grandmark Holdings Limited (“JY Grandmark”) in connection with its exchange offer to the holders of its outstanding 7.5% senior notes due 2022 and the issue of an aggregate amount of US$152.1 million 7.5% senior notes due 2023 consisting of US$2.5 million of notes pursuant to the concurrent new money issuance and US$149.6 million of notes pursuant to the exchange offer.

JY Grandmark is a property developer, operator and property management service provider based in the People’s Republic of China and primarily offers residential properties in Guangdong and Hainan provinces.
