Conyers provided Cayman Islands legal advice to Leading Holdings Group Limited (“Leading Holdings”) in connection with its issue of an aggregate principal amount of US$150 million 12.0% senior notes due 2022.
Leading Holdings (collectively with its subsidiaries) is a leading Sichuan-based property developer with a nationwide presence in the People’s Republic of China focusing on providing quality residential properties to home upgraders, developing commercial properties, including office buildings, shopping blocks, commercial complexes and apartments and operating hotels.
