Conyers provided British Virgin Islands and Cayman Islands legal advice to Sunkwan Properties Group Limited (“Sunkwan”) in connection with its issue of an aggregate principal amount of US$6 million 13.5% senior notes due 2023 issued on 20 January 2022 and US$15 million 13.5% senior notes due 2023 issued on 21 January 2022 to be consolidated and form a single series with the US$139.2 million 13.5% senior notes due 2023 issued by Sunkwan on 3 January 2022.
Sunkwan is a property developer with comprehensive experience focusing on the Yangtze River Delta Economic Region focusing on residential property development as its core business and the development of commercial properties to maintain a balanced development portfolio.
