Conyers acted as Bermuda counsel in the privatisation of TPV Technology Limited (the Company) by CEIEC (H.K.) Limited by way of scheme of arrangement valued at HK$4.6 billion.

The Company is a screen and TV manufacturer headquartered in Hong Kong. It is dual-listed on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong and the Singapore Exchange.
