Conyers has advised longstanding client Weatherford International Ltd. (“Weatherford”) in connection with the amendment and restatement of its LC Credit Agreement dated 17 October 2022 (the “Credit Agreement”), including an increase in the aggregate commitments under the Credit Agreement.

Weatherford is one of the world’s largest multinational oilfield service companies. Together with its subsidiaries and affiliates, Weatherford provides equipment and services used in the drilling, evaluation, completion, production and intervention of oil and natural gas wells.
