Conyers provided Bermuda legal advice to Yuexiu Transport Infrastructure Limited (“Yuexiu Transport Infrastructure”) in connection with its first tranche of Phase II RMB1.5 billion medium term notes with maturity of 3 years issued by the Issuer on the National Association of Financial Market Institutional Investors.

Founded in 1996, Yuexiu Transport Infrastructure was formerly known as GZI Transport Limited and has invested, constructed and managed bridges, expressways and ports in China.
