Conyers provided Bermuda legal advice to Yuexiu Transport Infrastructure Limited (“Yuexiu Transport Infrastructure”) in connection with the issue of third tranche of RMB1.3 billion super short term commercial papers with maturity not exceeding 270 days on the National Association of Financial Market Institutional Investors.
Founded in 1996, Yuexiu Transport Infrastructure was formerly known as GZI Transport Limited and has invested, constructed and managed bridges, expressways and ports in China.
