Conyers is pleased to announce the appointment of David Stubbs as Head of Listing Services within its Bermuda Corporate Practice. This appointment reflects the firm’s continued investment in its capital markets and securities offering and highlights its position as a premium listing sponsor on the Bermuda Stock Exchange
(BSX).
David is Counsel in Conyers’ Bermuda Corporate practice and brings extensive experience advising issuers of securities on the BSX. His practice focusses on securities listings across multiple asset classes, including international debt, equity, investment funds and insurance-linked securities (ILS). He regularly advises on a broad range of corporate and finance matters, including bond issues, private placements, IPOs, mergers and acquisitions, corporate insolvencies and restructurings.
David has acted as listing sponsor on many complex transactions and works closely with clients from initial structuring through to admission to listing. His experience is closely aligned with Conyers’ fully integrated service offering, which combines legal, corporate, trust and securities expertise to deliver an unparalleled range of services to BSX issuers and their sponsors.
