Conyers has provided Cayman Islands legal advice to Freightos Limited on the completion of its business combination with Gesher I Acquisition Corp., a Cayman Islands special purpose acquisition company.
The shares and warrants of the combined entity shall commence trading on NASDAQ on 26 January 2023 under the symbols “CRGO” and “CRGOW” respectively.
Freightos Limited operates a digital marketplace for the international freight industry, offering a digital platform which allows for real-time global rate comparisons and booking and shipping management services. Freightos is already backed by a number of significant investors in the logistics space, including FedEx Corp., SGX Group, Aleph, MoreVC and Qatar Airways.
