Conyers provided Cayman Islands legal advice to GDS Holdings Limited (“GDS”) in connection with its offering of US$550 million 2.25% convertible senior notes due 2032; 6,000,000 American Depository Shares (“ADSs”) in connection with a Delta Placement of Borrowed ADSs; and 5,980,000 ADSs in a underwritten registered public offering.
GDS (NASDAQ:GDS; HKEX: 9698) is a leading developer and operator of high-performance data centers in China. The Company’s facilities are strategically located in and around primary economic hubs where demand for high-performance data center services is concentrated.
