Conyers acted as special Cayman Islands legal counsel to Geely Automobile Holdings Limited, a Cayman company listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (0175.HK)(“Geely Automobile”) in connection with the proposed issuance of its 2026 First Tranche Medium Term Notes in the basic principal amount of RMB1.5 billion and maximum principal amount of RMB2 billion, and its 2026 Second Tranche Medium Term Notes in the principal amount of RMB1.5 billion, under the Company’s RMB10 billion debt financing instrument programme (2025-2027).
