Conyers acted as Cayman Islands legal counsel to Globavend Holdings Limited (“Globavend”) in connection with its public offering and listing on Nasdaq. The offering comprised ordinary units, each including an ordinary share and accompanying Series A and Series B warrants.
Globavend is an e-commerce logistics provider offering end-to-end supply chain solutions across Hong Kong, Australia, and New Zealand, through its indirect wholly-owned subsidiary.
