Conyers acted as special Cayman Islands legal counsel and special BVI legal counsel to Medco Laurel Tree Pte. Ltd. (“Medco Laurel”) in connection with Medco Laurel’s issue and sale to the initial purchasers of US$400 million in aggregate principal amount of 6.950% guaranteed senior notes due 2028 (the “Notes”). The Notes were guaranteed by PT Medco Energi Internasional Tbk and certain of its subsidiaries.
Medco Laurel is a wholly owned indirect subsidiary of PT Medco Energi Internasional Tbk.
The Notes were listed on the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited on 15 November 2021.
