Conyers acted as Cayman Islands legal counsel to The Generation Essentials Group (NYSE and LSE: TGE, “TGE”) in connection with its secondary listing on the London Stock Exchange’s Main Market.
TGE focuses on multi-media, entertainment, and cultural affairs worldwide as well as hospitality and VIP services. TGE is jointly established by AMTD Group, AMTD IDEA Group (NYSE: AMTD; SGX: HKB) and AMTD Digital Inc. (NYSE: HKD) and is headquartered in France.
