Michael Yu is an Associate in the Hong Kong Corporate practice. He joined Conyers in 2019.

Michael’s practice covers all aspects of corporate and commercial law, including corporate finance, private equity, and mergers and acquisitions. His experience extends to IPOs, SPAC listings and de-SPAC transactions, and privatisations of offshore companies listed on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, the New York Stock Exchange and NASDAQ, and the London Stock Exchange.

Michael regularly supports clients navigating transactions across a broad spectrum of industries. His clients include financial institutions, multinational corporations, state-owned enterprises and small-to-medium enterprises (SMEs) headquartered worldwide with primary focus in Hong Kong, Mainland China, the wider Asia-Pacific region and the US.
