Conyers shortlisted for five awards at the ALB Hong Kong Law Awards 2022
We are extremely pleased to be shortlisted as the “Offshore Law Firm of the Year”.
Our Hong Kong Corporate partner, Richard Hall, is named a finalist for “Dealmaker of the Year”. Richard has been practising offshore law for nearly two decades. His recent mandate includes HUTCHMED’s IPO which is also shortlisted in the ALB awards this year.
In addition, three significant matters completed by our lawyers are nominated as “Deal of the Year” in the following categories:
- Equity Market
– HUTCHMED’s IPO (Led by Richard Hall, Felicity Lee and Michael Yu) - M&A
– Acquisition of ARA Asset Management by ESR Cayman (Led by Preetha Pillai, Jacqueline King, Angie Chu, Stacie Seetho)
